Hi my name is Caitlin Vieira. I’m a Guyanese/ British psychologist, author and humanitarian. I’ve lived and studied in Toronto and London but I currently reside in my hometown, Georgetown, Guyana.
My life’s mission has always been to encourage both myself and others to adapt and practice the sadly unpopular habit of true self-love, positivity and a non-judgemental understanding of the human experience.
